Humanas Campus Welcomes Q2 Initiatives
New sustainability, campus development, and team alignment initiatives were completed throughout the quarter.
June 2026

Humanas Campus is more than a workplace. It is becoming a living ecosystem where technology, research, community, and sustainable living come together.
During Q2, the campus played an important role in strengthening strategic alignment across teams. Product, data, sales, investment, and operations topics were discussed together, helping the team turn the Product-Market Fit focus into a shared working rhythm. Sprint planning, OKR follow-up, and cross-team dependencies became more visible, making execution clearer and more collaborative.
At the same time, campus life continued to evolve. Improvements across the pool, landscaping, garden, accommodation, and kitchen areas supported a more active and usable campus experience. The field and agricultural areas became stronger symbols of the Humanas culture: production, sharing, patience, and long-term growth.
For Humanas, sustainability is not only a topic to be reported. It is part of the company's everyday rhythm. The campus reminds the team that building technology does not have to be disconnected from nature, place, and community.
Q2 showed that the campus can support both strategic work and cultural identity. It is a place where teams align, ideas grow, and the Humanas vision becomes more tangible.
