Luma and Navora Reach New Milestones

Luma and Navora reached new product and research milestones in Q2, strengthening Humanas' expansion into education and migration intelligence.

Luma is built around the idea that students need more than generic guidance when making education and career decisions. By combining gamified experience, motivation measurement, vocational tendencies, and development-oriented outputs, Luma aims to help young people better understand themselves and make more informed choices. In Q2, the Kingdom of Wisdom game prototype was enriched with new mini games, and product flows were improved to support stronger engagement and retention. On the institutional side, the B2B panel direction became clearer, positioning Luma as a decision-support layer for schools and educational organizations.

Navora focuses on migration and international life planning. During Q2, the scope of key modules became more defined, including visa risk scoring, intent letter generation, refusal letter analysis, city guidance, and personalized advisory flows. This makes Navora a strategic vertical for applying Humanas' human analytics methodology to high-stakes life decisions.

Both products show how Humanas can apply its core methodology beyond traditional HR use cases.

Luma and Navora are not side projects. They are examples of how human analytics can support education, mobility, adaptation, and future opportunity design.
