Two New TÜBİTAK Applications Submitted

Humanas strengthened its R&D roadmap in Q2 with two new TÜBİTAK-oriented project applications.

These applications reflect the company's commitment to building not only market-ready products, but also a deeper scientific and technological infrastructure for human analytics. As Humanas grows, research and product development are becoming more connected: every product improvement also contributes to measurement quality, interpretability, and decision-support capability.

The first track focuses on the core Humanas human analytics engine. It aims to strengthen the infrastructure behind MetaCV modeling, Fit Score logic, AI-assisted interpretation, and scalable people analytics. This line of work supports the broader Humanas ecosystem by improving how behavioral signals, profile data, and ideal profile matching can be translated into decision-ready outputs.

The second track is connected to Luma and the education vertical. It focuses on gamified behavioral data, adaptive career guidance, and AI-supported decision mechanisms for student development and educational fit.

Together with the Türkiye patent application, these R&D efforts show that Humanas is not only building products for today's market. It is also protecting and deepening the methodology that can shape future human analytics systems.

This is a critical step for scientific credibility, product defensibility, and long-term innovation.
